Hi, Server DOORS 9.5, Client 9.1. I try delete a view with [Manage Views] menu. And i have the message "the connection with the database server has been lost .... DOORS will now exit. Very strange. If a save this view with an other name "MyView", a can delete "MyView" without problem. If y rename this view with an other name, i can delet it. Is it a known problem ?

Re: Connection with database lost on deleting a view I'm guessing the original view is depended upon by lots of other views, and it is taking a long time to delete. Look at the other views and check their dependancies. -Louie |

Re: Connection with database lost on deleting a view Haven't seen this before. Do you see this on any module/view? I suspect it would be specific to data. If not, please raise a PMR with support to have this investigated thoroughly. |
